Lear Corporation is looking for an HR Development Responsible to join our team at the Kenitra ES Plant in Morocco. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will ensure the plant has the talent and capabilities needed to achieve company goals. You will be central to identifying training needs, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and fostering a compliant, engaged workforce.
What You'll Do
- Identify and analyze training needs aligned with company policy and business objectives.
- Organize training activities, prepare documentation, and update training modules in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Participate in producing and delivering internal training modules and track related KPIs.
- Ensure follow-up of training budgets and maintain updated training and recruitment procedures.
- Define recruitment needs and manage the entire recruitment process for internal and external candidates.
- Ensure the smooth integration of new recruits and monitor trial periods and contract ends.
- Monitor KPIs for internal/external recruitment and promotions.
- Manage and participate in creating internal and external communication content.
- Organize and participate in social activities and annual events.
- Participate in group projects, such as the digitalization of training.
- Ensure employee compliance with rules and encourage involvement in EHS programs.
- Collaborate with all functions to achieve and maintain IATF and ISO 14001 certifications.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar HR development role or within the automotive field.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s degree in HR Management or Business Management.
Technical Stack
- HR tools such as Peoplesoft and Sage.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the HR Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at the Kenitra ES Plant in Morocco.
