Grupo Bancolombia is hiring a Housing Loan Advisor to drive portfolio growth by placing mortgage loans. You will work directly with end customers sourced from developers, real estate agencies, builders, and private clients, focusing on both direct credit and FHA products, while also fostering customer loyalty through integrated banking services.

What You'll Do

Place mortgage loans to end customers from developers, real estate agencies, builders, and private clients.
Achieve portfolio growth targets in direct credit and FHA products.
Foster customer loyalty through the strategic offering of banking products and services.

What We're Looking For

Student in the 3rd year of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Law, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, handling objections, and credit analysis.
Experience in negotiation with strategic partners and individuals, sales closures, and conducting credit follow-ups with clients.
Preference for experience in the housing segment.
