Prematch is seeking a HOKA Strategic Account Executive to lead the long-term management and growth of the HOKA brand within selected strategic and influential wholesale partners across the DE region. You will model strategic account management techniques, optimize sell-out performance, and align your work with the National/Regional Strategic plan.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with Senior Business Partners of selected Strategic and Influential Accounts.
- Negotiate commercial terms agreements to underpin long-term strategic partnerships.
- Be accountable for all aspects of the brand/partner relationship while managing responsible colleagues to deliver specialist tasks and activations.
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences through Strategic and Influential Wholesale partners.
- Plan and present new seasonal collections.
- Provide commercial data and insights from Strategic and Influential partners.
- Be accountable for the orderbooks of your Wholesale partners, including forward orders, re-orders, phasing, and ROS analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English language for both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to travel Nationwide and Internationally as required.
- Analytical, digital and process driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently present information and data to an audience.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail.
- Commitment to promoting fairness and consistency in all areas of people management in line with our Deckers values.
- Full, clean drivers license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working with a broad mix of pure players, omnichannel retailers or strategic accounts.
- Understanding of the Running, Sports and Outdoor industry.
- Previous management of a large sales book.
