About the Role

heycater! is looking for an Inbound Sales Manager (w/m/d) to be the critical link between our inbound leads and exceptional customer experiences. You will take ownership of the entire sales journey, providing expert catering consultation to convert inquiries into customers and build long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for new inbound leads and convert them into a genuine customer experience.
  • Consult with customers by asking the right questions, understanding their needs, and finding the perfect catering concept.
  • Present, convince, and close deals through your spirit and drive.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
  • Ensure the customer feels well cared for and is likely to return through reliability, charm, and drive.
  • Actively solicit feedback after events, identify opportunities for repeat business, and turn one-time inquiries into loyal key accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • A sales mindset: Sales is your DNA; you are passionate about identifying needs, presenting smart solutions, and closing deals with style and substance.
  • Hunter spirit: You proactively approach leads, think strategically, and stay on the ball until closing.
  • Ownership & decision-making strength: You make decisions with clarity, take responsibility, and tackle topics independently.
  • Goal orientation with focus: You know your goals and work towards them with focus, drive, and structure.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the event, hospitality, or food sector.
  • Training in gastronomy, hotel management, or event management.

Team & Environment

Work closely with the Sales Operations team.
