HRL Laboratories is seeking a Business Development Director for Daniels Health to lead strategic growth initiatives. Based in Boston, MA, this full-time role sits within our Sales - Business Development department and operates fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Daniels Health
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a business development or strategic sales leadership role
- Track record of successfully closing complex deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote pipeline
