RapidFort was looking for a Daniels Health - Business Development Director

HRL Laboratories is seeking a Business Development Director for Daniels Health to lead strategic growth initiatives. Based in Boston, MA, this full-time role sits within our Sales - Business Development department and operates fully remote.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Daniels Health
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a business development or strategic sales leadership role
  • Track record of successfully closing complex deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote pipeline
