Foth is looking for a Food and Beverage Engineering Project Manager to manage engineering projects within the dynamic food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for leading project execution from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and communication protocols
- Lead project teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions
- Ensure all project deliverables meet technical and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing engineering or capital projects, preferably within food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, or a related regulated industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
