CI&T is hiring a Software Architect to define the technical vision and guide the implementation of sophisticated software projects. You will be a key technical leader, responsible for creating robust, scalable architectures and ensuring engineering excellence across our Brazil-based teams.

What You'll Do

Design and document high-level software architecture for complex systems.
Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing clear guidance to development teams.
Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to meet project and business goals.
Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct architectural reviews and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Software Architect or Principal/Senior Engineer in a technology-driven company.
Strong expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Deep knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and system integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term technical strategy.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence and align technical and business teams.
Fluency in Portuguese and strong professional English proficiency.
