[solidcore] is looking for a New Studio Opening Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of launching new studios on the East Coast. You will be a key player in our Operations/Corporate department, ensuring each new location opens successfully and is set up for long-term operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire studio opening process from pre-launch planning to post-launch evaluation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Develop and execute opening checklists, ensuring all operational, marketing, and training milestones are achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all opening-related activities and communications.
- Mitigate risks and solve problems proactively throughout the launch process.

- Proven experience managing multi-faceted projects with tight deadlines, preferably in retail, fitness, or hospitality openings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the East Coast region.
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must be located on the East Coast of the United States to effectively manage studio openings in that region.
