Dexcom Corporation was looking for a Healthcare Partnership Manager - South West

At Dexcom Corporation, we are looking for a Healthcare Partnership Manager to lead the development and delivery of collaborative healthcare initiatives in the South West of the UK. You will focus on designing and implementing service models in partnership with healthcare organisations and commercial entities to improve patient outcomes and create value.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate current clinical and operational processes within healthcare systems to identify opportunities for efficiency, reduced complexity, and enhanced patient experience.
  • Support the design and implementation of innovative healthcare services that align with best practice standards.
  • Manage service-related programmes, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation of policies and frameworks that enable sustainable service delivery and partnerships.
  • Develop clear, evidence-based value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of proposed services to healthcare providers and payers.
  • Track and evaluate service outcomes against agreed measures, driving continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and partnership models.
  • Knowledge of health economics and value-based care principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
  • Proven project management experience in service design and delivery.
  • Degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare partnerships, service delivery, or market access roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with chronic disease management.

Work Mode

This is a local-country position based in the South West of the UK, covering areas including Kernow, Devon, Somerset, BNNSG, BSW, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Hereford and Worcestershire, and South Wales.
