Pfizer is looking for a Health Representative to be the face of our products with healthcare professionals in Lahore. You will be responsible for making professional presentations to targeted doctors in your assigned territory to increase prescriptions and ensure product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations within your assigned territory.
- Make professional presentations using selling skills to listed doctors on the approved indications of Pfizer products.
- Submit reports regarding calls made to doctors and chemists to your manager.
- Follow the approved tour program and make planned calls accordingly.
- Arrange Product Group Meetings with doctors to discuss products in detail.
- Update knowledge on competitive products and provide feedback on their promotional moves.
- Provide periodic feedback to your manager and marketing group on your promotional activities.
- Coordinate with distributors for desired stock availability at retail outlets.
- Follow plans to achieve objectives for increased prescription flow from identified doctors.
- Forward technical queries raised by doctors to the Medical Division.
- Ensure proper dress code, maintenance of records, detailing kit, and vehicle.
- Submit expenses and leave plans as per deadlines.
- Responsibly report information about competitive activities observed in your area.
What We're Looking For
- A Science graduate.
- 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Selling.
Nice to Have
- A Pharmacy education is preferred.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Health Rep Manager.
Work Mode
This role is based on-site in Lahore.
