Pfizer is looking for a Health and Science Representative, Primary Care to drive sales objectives in the Fraser Valley South territory. You will promote products to healthcare professionals, develop strategic plans, and foster key relationships to support healthcare providers.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales objectives for your territory by promoting products to healthcare professionals in line with brand strategy.
- Provide effective coverage of targeted family and general practitioners, pharmacists, and specialists.
- Organize symposia, video conferences, exhibits, and other Continuing Medical Education activities.
- Develop and implement a Business Plan for your territory.
- Report on adverse drug reactions, events, and product complaints as per procedure.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers.
- Engage customers in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
- Attend and coordinate congresses and CME programs.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external business partners.
- Demonstrate Pfizer Values and adhere to all policies, including the IMC code.
- Maintain all company property, including car and samples.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or science.
- Superior selling skills with expertise in reprint use and organizing live and virtual CME events.
- Excellent professional-level communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingualism – must communicate well in English for interactions outside Quebec/Canada.

- Superior product and therapeutic knowledge specific to the role’s focus.
- Aptitude for meeting or exceeding strategic sales objectives.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Regional Business Manager and work collaboratively within a local-country team structure.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual base salary range: $63,300.00 to $135,625.00 CAD.

This is a local-country position based in Fraser Valley South, British Columbia.
