Orovia Estates SL seeks a Head of Sales to lead our real estate advisory sales operations on the Costa del Sol. You will be the primary point of contact for all sales activities, ensuring a strong, reliable in-house sales function.
What You'll Do
- Be the daily point of contact for sales.
- Manage leads, listings, viewings, and follow-ups.
- Help structure and supervise a team of autonomous sales agents.
- Work directly with the partners.
- Follow up buyer and seller leads.
- Sign property mandates (exclusives).
- Organise and attend viewings.
- Keep CRM and listings clean and up to date.
- Coordinate daily sales admin and follow-ups.
- Build and manage autonomous sales agents.
- Handle referral leads from the network.
- Apply and protect the OROVIA sales process.
What We're Looking For
- Desire for a full-time position with an autónomo (self-employed) structure.
- Experience in real estate or high-ticket sales.
- Organised, consistent, and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Likes structure and clear rules.
- Based on the Costa del Sol.
- Works fluently in English.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus.
Team & Environment
You will supervise a team of autonomous sales agents and report directly to the partners.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Marbella and Fuengirola.
