CreateIT is seeking a Head of Sales (PSP) to drive revenue growth and build strategic client relationships for our global payment aggregation services. In this role, you will lead the sales process from initial outreach to closing, working directly with merchants to identify their needs and offer effective solutions within the fintech landscape.
What You'll Do
- Sell and promote payment products and services across various industries
- Identify client needs and propose tailored payment solutions
- Lead product demos and client presentations, clearly communicating value and differentiation
- Manage the entire sales cycle from negotiation and pricing to contract signing and client onboarding
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics
- Monitor market trends, risks, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to ensure high-quality client support and solution delivery
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of relevant experience in PSP, fintech, or payments sales
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of the payments market, trends, and high-risk segments
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CRM proficiency and experience preparing reports and forecasts
- Quick thinking, adaptability, and confidence in handling client objections
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher
