Beutler Saghari & Partner GmbH is hiring a Head of Sales DACH to lead our expansion in the medical technology sector. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth within the DACH region, with the long-term objective of managing sales globally. You will be responsible for leading and developing a multi-person sales team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a nationally distributed sales team, both professionally and disciplinarily.
- Create a Sales Road Map for the next six to twelve months.
- Identify new sales strategies, market penetration opportunities, and acquire new customers.
- Expand existing customer relationships and conduct numerous customer visits and trade show attendances.
- Strengthen team cohesion and hire new sales employees.
- Work closely with the marketing team to sharpen the corporate identity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven, long-term experience in field sales within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in sales.
- Unrestricted willingness to travel extensively.
- A proactive, hands-on "can do" attitude.
