Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Head of Product to lead and scale a high-performing product organization within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will define a bold multi-year product strategy and deliver category-defining experiences to millions of users.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale a high-performing product team, mentoring 6+ PMs and cross-functional product squads.
- Define and communicate a bold multi-year product vision aligned with strategic company goals.
- Launch innovative products that deliver exceptional user experiences and drive global adoption.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business development to ensure high-velocity execution.
- Maintain product quality, scalability, and user trust while making strategic trade-offs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage in the fintech and crypto space.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and excellence across the product organization.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading multi-product teams at scale.
- Track record of shipping consumer products with millions of users.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent design sensibility and obsession with delivering superior user experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with urgency, focus, and entrepreneurial drive.
- Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem or ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-moving industry.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in remote-first organizations and managing distributed teams.
