- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to uncover technical requirements, surface dependencies, and translate complex needs into actionable plans.
- Manage prioritization across competing demands, balancing urgent operational needs with strategic investments in data infrastructure.
- Establish clear success criteria for data quality, system performance, and usability—including latency, completeness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Apply structured project management to complex, ambiguous initiatives involving distributed systems and evolving technical landscapes.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in product management for data-heavy or platform-centric products.
- Strong grasp of big data ecosystems, including data modeling, pipeline design, normalization workflows, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technical programs with engineering and data teams.
- Ability to clarify ambiguity, structure technical roadmaps, and deliver consistent execution in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience translating technical details for diverse audiences.
- A mindset oriented toward durability and scalability—building systems that last.
Nice to Have
