What You'll Do
Lead the Predict business from strategy to execution, shaping its vision and operational rhythm to become a central component of an AI-driven care platform. Define clear goals, establish performance metrics, and maintain a disciplined planning cycle to ensure consistent progress.
Manage Predict’s full financial responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, balancing investment decisions to maximize impact for members and clients. Build and lead a growing team across two product pods, ensuring accountability, rapid delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
Expand access to critical healthcare data by coordinating with internal partners to integrate claims, prior authorization, prescription, and real-time feeds. Guide the evolution of Predict’s intelligence layer by advancing AI/ML models, data infrastructure, and real-time decisioning to improve targeting across key cost drivers.
Collaborate with Growth to refine multi-channel engagement strategies and run experiments that boost conversion and long-term results. Work closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to align Predict with broader platform goals and client needs. Serve as an active, visible leader who removes obstacles, communicates effectively, and drives decisions with ownership and clarity.
Requirements
You have over eight years of leadership experience in product, strategy, operations, or general management within fast-moving, high-growth environments. You’ve led full lifecycle initiatives from concept to measurable business impact, guiding cross-functional teams with strong results.
You bring solid financial and operational expertise—comfortable with forecasting, budgeting, KPI design, and performance tracking. You think deeply about data, using insights from analytics platforms to set priorities and guide action. You’ve built and scaled teams before, with a commitment to hiring exceptional talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
Communication and influence come naturally, even without direct authority. You thrive in uncertain environments, creating structure and momentum amid complexity. Your background includes delivering sophisticated products or programs involving enterprise clients, external partners, and complex data integrations.
Experience with AI-first systems—such as intelligent agents, orchestration platforms, recommendation engines, or human-in-the-loop workflows—is essential. Familiarity with healthcare ecosystems, including payers, benefits design, care navigation, or utilization management, is required.
