What You'll Do
Take ownership of high-budget digital campaigns across multiple traffic platforms and geographic regions. Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine performance to meet revenue and ROI goals. Proactively identify scaling opportunities, inefficiencies, and emerging trends to maintain strong campaign profitability.
Design and execute media strategies that align with long-term business growth. Test new campaign angles, funnels, and acquisition channels to expand reach and effectiveness. Evaluate and integrate new traffic sources, geographies, and verticals to diversify performance channels.
Collaborate closely with BI, Product, and Creative teams to enhance campaign performance through data insights and creative optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ad networks, and account representatives. Negotiate favorable terms and secure exclusive placements to improve margins and access.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mediabuyers by setting clear KPIs, performance standards, and accountability frameworks. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to strengthen team capabilities. Promote a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement across all operations.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
- Proven success managing high-spend campaigns with consistent profitability
- Strong analytical skills with deep fluency in performance metrics and data interpretation
- Direct experience scaling campaigns across large budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of driving results
- Fluent English communication skills
- Prior experience mentoring or managing a team
- Ability to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for team and business outcomes
- Comfort making decisions in fast-moving, uncertain environments
- Strong prioritization, delegation, and operational scaling skills
