What You'll Do
Take full ownership of Amazon as a critical sales channel, managing end-to-end performance to drive sustainable, profitable growth. You'll lead the P&L with accountability for revenue, margin, and forecasting accuracy, shaping strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies across customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on optimizing product detail pages. Lead efforts in visual presentation, content quality, A+ design, and brand store experience to improve engagement and sales efficiency. Build and manage a structured testing roadmap to continuously refine conversion performance.
Define pricing models and promotional calendars across all SKUs, balancing margin goals with market competitiveness. Enhance Subscribe & Save, bundling, and cross-sell strategies to increase customer lifetime value. Own catalog architecture, product assortment, and variation frameworks to improve discoverability and shopping experience.
Collaborate closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to align inventory levels with sales forecasts, ensuring high in-stock rates and operational efficiency. Coordinate with Performance Marketing to time media investment with conversion readiness, using data insights to guide prioritization.
Oversee catalog health, including listing accuracy, suppression resolution, and backend data integrity. Partner with Creative, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, with deep expertise in Amazon marketplace dynamics
- Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver measurable revenue and margin growth
- Strong command of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and external partners
- Track record of improving conversion rates and operational performance
- Skilled in translating data into strategic action and business decisions
