About the Role

Lead the design and execution of people strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, performance systems, and organizational health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable people programs that support company growth
  • Partner with executives to strengthen leadership capabilities and team effectiveness
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategy to attract diverse, high-potential candidates
  • Design performance management frameworks that promote accountability and growth
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance recruitment and retention
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through measurable initiatives
  • Evaluate and improve employee engagement and internal mobility
  • Manage total rewards strategy including compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards
  • Build data-driven HR metrics to track people outcomes
  • Drive onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on experience
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development
  • Oversee learning and development programs for all levels
  • Guide change management during organizational transitions
  • Establish policies that reflect company values and legal requirements
  • Lead HR technology selection and implementation
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in personnel matters
  • Support workforce planning aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate external partnerships for HR services and vendors
  • Promote psychological safety and inclusive team environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technology or startup environments
  • Background in global team management
  • Familiarity with scaling across international markets
  • HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR
