Responsibilities

- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance recruitment and retention
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through measurable initiatives
- Evaluate and improve employee engagement and internal mobility
- Manage total rewards strategy including compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards
- Build data-driven HR metrics to track people outcomes
- Drive onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on experience
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development
- Oversee learning and development programs for all levels
- Guide change management during organizational transitions
- Establish policies that reflect company values and legal requirements
- Lead HR technology selection and implementation
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in personnel matters
- Support workforce planning aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate external partnerships for HR services and vendors
- Promote psychological safety and inclusive team environments
