EX Squared is looking for a Head of Interfaces to define and lead our user interface engineering strategy. In this senior role, you will be responsible for the technical vision and execution of all front-end development, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical vision, architecture, and standards for all user interfaces
- Design and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance front-end systems
- Mentor and guide engineers on best practices for UI development
- Partner with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Establish development processes and quality standards for the interface layer
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading front-end or UI engineering initiatives
- Expert-level knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and web technologies
- Strong background in software architecture and system design
- Ability to set technical direction and drive engineering best practices
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Romania. You will work remotely from within the country.
