EX Squared is looking for a Lead Acquisitions Director to spearhead our growth and acquisition efforts. In this remote leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategies that expand our market presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the company's overarching acquisition strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- Negotiate and manage the end-to-end acquisition process
- Build and manage key relationships with potential acquisition targets
- Analyze market trends to inform long-term business development plans
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in a senior business development, M&A, or acquisitions role
- Strong experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, and integration planning
- Excellent financial modeling and valuation analysis skills
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to drive complex projects to completion
