EX Squared is seeking a Director of Acquisitions for ColumbiaGeneral. You will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of acquisition initiatives to drive significant growth for the organization. This is a fully remote position.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the end-to-end acquisition strategy to meet growth objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets based on strategic fit and financial potential.
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Structure and negotiate deal terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity with a focus on acquisitions.
- Deep experience in full transaction lifecycle, from sourcing through integration planning.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
