Judi Health is hiring an AI Success Specialist Manager to lead the infusion of AI into pharmacy benefits. In this role, you will drive client value, adoption, and retention for AI products, acting as a technical advisor and change agent to ensure safe, ethical, and high-ROI deployments.

What You'll Do

• Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to department leaders and external clients, mapping AI capabilities to business goals, identifying new use cases, and driving expansion.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training, to ensure successful deployment.
• Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI, to inform optimization strategies.
• Guide clients through the organizational changes required for AI adoption, focusing on training and cultural alignment.
• Act as a liaison between clients/departments and AI product/engineering teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product enhancements.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment.
• Manage and lead a small team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Ensure adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 6 years (4 years with a Master's degree) of industry experience with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment.
• At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini.
• Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on any of the GenAI services.
• Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment.
• Good written and communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 USD

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position. Locations include Remote (for non-local candidates), Denver, and the NYC area.
