What You'll Do
Guide a dedicated team of engineers building and refining core product systems, balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities. You’ll define technical direction, evolve system architecture in response to product demands, and ensure consistent delivery of reliable, scalable solutions.
Take ownership of your pod’s workflow—planning sprints, delegating tasks, and maintaining accountability—while staying deeply involved in implementation. Use customer usage data and performance metrics to inform engineering and product decisions, and play a key role in hiring and evaluating new engineering talent.
