What You'll Do
- Lead a team of IT engineers and administrators, guiding their development through mentorship, performance reviews, and strategic hiring.
- Take an active role in designing, upgrading, and troubleshooting complex infrastructure systems across cloud, on-premise, and identity platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess new technologies and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, overseeing contracts, service performance, and renewals for network, security, and SaaS solutions.
- Partner with production technology teams to support studio infrastructure for audio and video content creation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure teams or at least 8 years of relevant technical staffing experience.
- Hands-on experience with identity providers like Okta, including workflow automation and integration with HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, SD-WAN or SASE architectures, and on-premise virtualization using VMWare.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and automation of user lifecycle processes.
- Experience securing operating systems using group policies, hardening practices, and vendor-recommended configurations.
- Track record managing enterprise SaaS portfolios, including licensing, data governance, and cost optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of networking hardware from Juniper and Aruba.
- Background in security tools such as Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, and SIEM platforms.
- Understanding of email security standards including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
- Experience with Crowdstrike Falcon Protect and Abnormal Security solutions.
