Lead and develop a distributed operational team responsible for managing partner relationships and improving efficiency across international social discovery platforms. Guide your team in executing end-to-end processes—from planning to performance tracking—ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations, empowering the team to independently manage tasks while maintaining accountability for results and cost efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and partner metrics to identify opportunities for reducing content expenses while preserving user experience.
- Design and implement cost-saving initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and sustainable outcomes.
- Manage partner interactions within Bitrix CRM, handling escalated cases and complex requests with a focus on balanced service delivery.
- Improve existing workflows, tools, and documentation to enhance reliability and reduce operational overhead.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet shared goals for efficiency and content optimization, ensuring consistent partner satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Russian (C1 level or higher)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Bitrix
- Proven background in managing operational teams in support, content, or partner operations
- Strong project management skills, including task prioritization and delivery tracking
- Ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs such as cost per content unit, partner efficiency, and SLA compliance
- Leadership experience with data-driven team management
