As the Operations Director, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of technicians, engineers, and regional managers, ensuring seamless delivery of Material Handling, Automation, Robotics, and Facilities Services in high-demand logistics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and reinforce a proactive safety culture through consistent leadership, policy enforcement, and accountability across all operational levels.
- Drive performance against contract KPIs by designing, refining, and monitoring processes that support reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
- Manage labor, maintenance, and repair budgets with precision, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
- Lead the development and execution of Quality Maintenance programs to maximize equipment effectiveness and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Implement standardized work practices and leader routines to reduce variability and strengthen operational discipline.
- Respond swiftly to client concerns with root cause analysis and corrective action planning, maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to detect trends, deploy interventions, and scale best practices enterprise-wide.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all operational domains.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Support a matrixed service model by aligning regional operations under a unified technical and managerial framework.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $240,000 to $312,000, reflecting experience and scope of responsibility.
