Lead the support and development of a global chapter staff community by shaping training frameworks, improving operational tools, and ensuring consistent communication across regions. This role serves as a central connector between EO’s internal teams and its 300+ chapter staff, ensuring their voices inform organizational strategy, systems, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional teams to align chapter staff needs with enterprise planning and cross-functional projects.
- Advocate for chapter staff perspectives in global decision-making, influencing tools, policies, and strategic direction.
- Design and manage the global training lifecycle, including onboarding, resource development, and continuous learning frameworks.
- Oversee knowledge-sharing platforms and learning management systems to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Collect and analyze feedback to identify trends, improve processes, and guide future initiatives.
- Facilitate two-way communication between headquarters and chapter staff, sharing updates and gathering insights.
- Monitor participation and adoption metrics for training and resources, delivering actionable reports and recommendations.
- Develop recognition programs that highlight excellence and reinforce performance standards across regions.
- Support community-building through peer learning, virtual forums, and networking opportunities.
- Act as primary contact for chapter staff and the Global Advisory Council, providing guidance on systems, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in project management or community engagement within a membership or nonprofit environment. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, as is experience with CRM systems, LMS platforms, reporting dashboards, and digital collaboration tools.
Preferred qualifications include international work experience, familiarity with EO’s structure, and project management certification. The role requires comfort working across time zones, with up to 40% travel and occasional early or late meetings.
