The Digital Program Manager is responsible for driving successful customer implementations from initiation to production launch. You'll guide financial institution clients through every phase, including gathering requirements, leading implementation meetings, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, and managing issue resolution. Your role ensures seamless adoption of the platform while maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the lifecycle.
Client & Account Leadership
You will serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, managing ongoing account needs and formally communicating product updates and roadmap direction. This includes traveling to client locations for kickoffs, training, and critical project milestones. You’ll also identify opportunities to expand platform use within existing accounts, contributing directly to long-term growth.
Technical & Operational Execution
- Apply AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency in daily workflows and project tracking
- Analyze customer usage data to propose meaningful product improvements
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, escalations, and transactions
- Collaborate closely with agile engineering and design teams to align delivery with client needs
Qualifications & Experience
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in SaaS implementations, particularly within fintech or financial services. A solid grasp of technical product architecture and agile methodologies is essential. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, combined with experience in customer-facing roles at technology-driven companies, will help you succeed. Familiarity with SQL, CRM systems, and project management software is a plus.
