Drive strategic growth and operational excellence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia as the Country Manager. You will be accountable for cashflow performance across both sell-in and sell-out channels, ensuring sustainable profitability and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a localized business strategy in alignment with global objectives
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team to exceed sales targets and increase market share
- Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ethical business practices
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in senior roles such as Country Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the electronic security industry
- Established network within the security markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Strong grasp of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in matrix or cross-functional environments with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed
