Senior Manager, Sourcing (Remote) – This role leads end-to-end sourcing strategies and supplier performance for Integrated Facilities and Project Development Services. You will align with internal teams and client stakeholders to enhance service delivery, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the development and execution of annual sourcing plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and corporate standards
- Deliver actionable market insights by analyzing industry trends, supplier landscapes, and operational data
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by coordinating resources across procurement, facilities, and project management teams
- Oversee RFP processes, contracting strategies, and bid evaluations to support operations teams
- Manage supplier relationships through performance reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement planning
- Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, risk management protocols, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with Corporate Legal to review and approve contractual terms
- Support diversity initiatives in line with client and organizational objectives
- Advance e-procurement and e-commerce adoption within sourcing operations
- Mentor sourcing professionals and coordinate team priorities to meet client expectations
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and bring at least five years of experience in strategic indirect procurement or sourcing. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities are essential. Experience leading teams in decentralized environments is required. An MBA or background in project management and business transitions is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is expected. This position supports remote work but requires East Coast residency and quarterly travel to client sites.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 per year, with final offers based on qualifications, location, and market factors.
