Partner Account Manager – Spanish, English, Russian
Role Overview
This position plays a central role in supporting international partners through operational coordination, data analysis, and process improvement. Working within a fully remote, global team, you will ensure partner success by managing workflows, interpreting performance metrics, and enhancing content quality in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational and analytical initiatives from planning through execution and performance review
- Monitor and interpret partner performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Design and implement strategies to improve content quality and coverage in coordination with internal teams
- Provide dedicated support to partners using Bitrix CRM, including resolution of complex or non-standard requests
- Enhance internal tools and processes related to reporting, documentation, and CRM functionality
- Work closely with internal departments to support efficiency and cost-effective operations
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and Russian (C1 or higher) in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Proficiency in English (B1 or higher)
- Proven experience in partner or contractor management, including handling claims and negotiations
- Strong data management skills using Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with Google Workspace applications
