Partner Account Manager – Spanish, English, Russian

Role Overview

This position plays a central role in supporting international partners through operational coordination, data analysis, and process improvement. Working within a fully remote, global team, you will ensure partner success by managing workflows, interpreting performance metrics, and enhancing content quality in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational and analytical initiatives from planning through execution and performance review
  • Monitor and interpret partner performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Design and implement strategies to improve content quality and coverage in coordination with internal teams
  • Provide dedicated support to partners using Bitrix CRM, including resolution of complex or non-standard requests
  • Enhance internal tools and processes related to reporting, documentation, and CRM functionality
  • Work closely with internal departments to support efficiency and cost-effective operations

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and Russian (C1 or higher) in reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in English (B1 or higher)
  • Proven experience in partner or contractor management, including handling claims and negotiations
  • Strong data management skills using Google Sheets or Excel
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications
