RainFocus is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to build and lead programs that drive sales productivity and effectiveness. You will be responsible for creating a strategic enablement roadmap, developing content and training, and ensuring our sales organization is equipped to meet its objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals
- Create and manage onboarding programs, ongoing training, and certification processes
- Build and curate a library of sales tools, playbooks, and competitive intelligence
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted enablement solutions
- Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs on sales productivity and ramp time
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and leading successful enablement programs at scale
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience coaching and training sales teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness and ROI
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B technology environment
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and CRM platforms
- Background in content development or instructional design
