EX Squared is hiring a Director of Acquisitions to drive our strategic growth through targeted investments. You will be responsible for sourcing and leading acquisition processes from start to finish to expand our company's capabilities and market presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the company's acquisition strategy and pipeline
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential acquisition targets
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence and integration planning
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and intermediaries
- Analyze financial models and investment theses for potential deals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align acquisitions with company goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of managing and closing acquisitions or strategic investments
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
- Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring abilities
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term business growth

This is a fully remote position. You will collaborate with teams and stakeholders virtually.
