EX Squared is hiring a Director of Acquisitions to spearhead our strategic growth initiatives. This remote role is based in New York and will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities to expand our portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, from sourcing and due diligence to negotiation and integration
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets aligned with company strategy
- Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses to assess target companies
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic fit
- Manage relationships with external advisors, investment bankers, and target company leadership
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of direct experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
- Proven track record of successfully executed M&A transactions
- Expert-level financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and lead complex, high-stakes processes
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in or near New York. We operate with a global perspective, requiring flexibility for occasional meetings across time zones.
