EX Squared is seeking a Sr. Acquisitions Director to architect and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing opportunities that align with our long-term growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the company's overall acquisition strategy and roadmap
- Identify, source, and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end deal process, from initial contact through due diligence and negotiation to closing
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential targets aligned with strategic goals
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment for potential transactions
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration planning
- Lead deal negotiations and structure agreements to maximize value and minimize risk
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of direct experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity
- Proven track record of successfully leading and closing acquisitions in a corporate or financial environment
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to assess opportunities for long-term fit and value
