EX Squared is seeking a Head of Interfaces to provide strategic leadership for the organization's security and IT interface initiatives. You will define and execute the vision for this critical functional area.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic planning and execution for all interface-related security and IT functions
- Own the architecture and governance of organizational interfaces
- Develop and enforce security policies and standards for interface layers
- Drive IT integration and interoperability initiatives
- Align interface strategy with broader business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on interfaces, security, or IT architecture
- Deep understanding of security principles and IT infrastructure as they relate to system interfaces
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience defining and implementing governance frameworks
