EX Squared is seeking a Head of Interfaces to provide strategic and technical leadership for our user-facing systems. You will define the vision, architecture, and development standards for all interface components.
What You'll Do
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for all user interface architecture.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and quality metrics.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, performant, and accessible interfaces.
- Mentor and guide engineers on best practices for frontend and integration development.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading interface architecture and development for complex products.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and tooling.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers.
- Ability to set technical strategy and drive architectural decisions across teams.
Work Mode
This is a remote position and is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work and reside in Belgium.
