TUI Group is looking for a Head of Brand Strategy & Identity to shape our global brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the centralized brand strategy and converting it into a clear, consistent identity across every touchpoint to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Be accountable for the overall TUI brand strategy and its look and feel, ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints.
- Work alongside the Brand & Content Leadership Team to develop strategy, portfolio of products and brands to maximize brand equity.
- Deliver cohesive and compelling branding solutions across key interactions including advertising, digital platforms, retail, uniforms, aircraft, cruise ships, and hotels.
- Lead the Global Brand Forum and Brand Market & Asset Board, aligning brand leads from source markets and business units to develop and enforce brand guidelines.
- Craft and bring to life compelling brand stories for target customer segments through industry-leading design and creative.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and agencies, to ensure alignment and support for brand initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel brand strategies and identity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey creative concepts in a way that inspires stakeholders.
- Strong sense of design and copy sensibilities, from high-level strategic direction down to small details.
- Strategic and commercial thinker, able to assess and quantify the short and long-term impacts of changes and manage ambiguity.
- Engaging communicator able to quickly gain rapport and credibility with a diverse set of international stakeholders, building a network at all levels of seniority.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally within global organizations or multi-brand environments.
- Travel industry experience.
- Additional language abilities in German, French or Dutch.
