NoGood is looking for a Growth Strategist to serve as an on-demand CMO for our most important clients. You will own brand goals and growth metrics, leading omni-channel marketing strategies with a heavy focus on SEO and AEO for a portfolio of medium to large enterprise brands.
What You'll Do
- Act as an on-demand CMO for key brands, owning their goals and growth metrics.
- Lead omni-channel marketing strategies, with a heavy focus on SEO and AEO strategy, across a multi-industry enterprise portfolio.
- Proactively analyze client data to identify testing and optimization opportunities across acquisition and retention channels.
- Execute project plans to achieve marketing objectives on time and within budget.
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet client KPIs.
- Present strategies and performance updates directly to client stakeholders, including marketing directors, VPs, and C-suite contacts.
- Collaborate with internal content, creative, and paid media teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging AEO best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital, performance marketing, and product growth (D2C or B2B SaaS experience a plus).
- Expertise in Technical SEO, AEO/GEO/AI Search, and Content Marketing.
- 2+ years experience managing a team.
- Experience owning full acquisition, demand, or lead generation funnels and reporting on performance.
- Strong experience with both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel marketing.
- Understanding of how LLMs surface content and a point of view on positioning clients for AI-driven search.
- Experience owning 3rd party relationships and presenting results to business partners at all levels.
- Able to lead multi-disciplinary campaigns end-to-end and report on strategic growth metrics.
- Tech and data-savvy, comfortable with Web Analytics and Data Visualization platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads with large budgets.
- A strong project management background.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- A curious, always-learning mindset and exceptional storytelling ability.

- Experience working with Product, Data Science, and Performance marketing teams.
- 5+ years experience in Technical SEO and Content Marketing.
- 2+ years experience in Product Marketing.
- A strong analytics background and knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
