About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to enhance user onboarding, retention, and lifecycle marketing by designing and iterating on digital campaigns and journey flows.

Responsibilities

  • Iterate on messaging and CTAs based on user feedback
  • Develop dashboards to track user journey metrics
  • Support the scaling of automated lifecycle campaigns
  • Evaluate third-party tools for integration into user journeys
  • Lead post-campaign reviews to capture learnings
  • Maintain documentation of user journey maps and campaign logic
