As an Advanced Product Manager in the Identity Verification Product Team, you will lead the development of identity verification processes to ensure a secure, seamless, and automated customer experience. You will lead product discovery, contribute to strategic planning, and collaborate with technology, compliance, and customer service teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gain deep insights into customer needs and market trends
- Understand the complexities and risks associated with identity verification
- Monitor competitive landscape and technological advancements
- Participate in team-wide strategic discussions
- Lead the product discovery process
- Identify high-impact initiatives to streamline customer identity verification (KYC)
- Maximize automation and accuracy in identity verification systems
- Manage relationships with key external partners
- Contribute to shaping the overall product strategy and roadmap
- Help define and prioritize roadmap items within your domain
- Define project scope and objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule
- Evaluate outcomes using measurable results
- Refine and iterate solutions based on performance data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across countries, domains, IT, Customer Service, and Compliance to understand requirements
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Design and implement optimal solutions while measuring their impact
- Continuously enhance rule sets and algorithms for better performance
- Monitor key performance indicators on a daily basis
- Perform functional analysis during system incidents
- Use SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data-related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management
- Demonstrated expertise in KYC and identity fraud prevention
- Independent and innovative thinker with end-to-end project ownership skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Methodical approach with the ability to reflect and anticipate future needs
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Proficiency in SQL
- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and quantify impact
- Fluent in English
