Lead the expansion of a market-leading AEC software suite across the EMEA region by developing and executing strategic sales plans through a network of value-added resellers. This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise clients and scaling existing accounts within construction, engineering, and architecture sectors.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a 12-month rolling sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Design and implement account-specific strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Identify high-potential opportunities and prioritise engagements that align with strategic goals
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving project teams, IT departments, and executive leadership
- Position core platforms like SketchUp and Tekla as essential tools within client workflows
- Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver tailored solutions
- Structure proposals that reflect customer objectives, technical needs, and budget constraints
- Ensure all transactions are executed through local partners with clear accountability
- Monitor competitor movements and market shifts to refine go-to-market approaches
- Collect and share customer insights to shape product and strategy direction
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in enterprise software or IT sales, with proven success in acquiring large accounts
- Experience selling into construction, engineering, or AEC organisations
- Strong grasp of BIM, CDE environments, and digital workflows in built environments
- Skilled in value-based selling and navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business outcomes for leadership teams
- Proficiency in SaaS licensing models and sales operations
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closure abilities in complex environments
- Self-driven with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience
