What You'll Do
Lead a portfolio of label and artist partners, serving as their main point of contact and strategic advisor. Develop and execute tailored release plans that align with both partner objectives and platform best practices. Use streaming data and performance analytics to guide campaign adjustments and optimize results throughout each release cycle.
Deliver regular business reviews with actionable insights, helping partners understand performance trends and opportunities. Work closely with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to amplify visibility on digital service providers and ensure smooth execution from onboarding to delivery. Act as the escalation lead for critical issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve risks and maintain compliance.
Identify paths for renewal and expansion by tracking catalog performance, market shifts, and competitive movements. Support partners in understanding copyright policies, fraud prevention, and platform requirements to promote long-term sustainability. Represent the company at industry events and contribute feedback to shape broader strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience managing client or partner relationships in the music, media, or entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of digital distribution, streaming platforms, and music rights frameworks
- Proficiency in analyzing streaming data, financial reports, and marketing performance metrics
- Skill in building trusted relationships with creative and executive stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and product
- Familiarity with backend analytics tools and DSP ecosystems
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
