Dr. Ansay is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to take full ownership of our consumer-facing e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for driving the entire user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, by leading strategic growth initiatives and scaling our product across markets.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the growth strategy, leading acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives through rapid testing.
- Optimize UX/UI by improving navigation, checkout flows, and mobile experiences to drive conversions.
- Lead with data by running A/B tests and translating behavioral data into product decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and UX to ship impactful features.
- Scale globally by launching mobile-first experiences across new markets with localized strategies.
- Integrate marketing and SEO by aligning product growth with paid campaigns, organic search, and referral tactics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable product impact through experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of checkout flows, payment systems, and conversion rate optimization within online marketplaces.
- Strong customer empathy and a user-first mindset, with practical experience conducting or partnering on user research.
- A solid track record improving user journeys, retention, and engagement across web and mobile platforms using a channel-agnostic approach.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach, comfortable defining and monitoring success metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align teams and present complex ideas clearly.
- Fluent in English.
