Genki is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to be the glue that holds our marketing funnel together. You'll coordinate projects and execute hands-on marketing tasks while building our lifecycle marketing system from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Own project management for marketing initiatives, living in JIRA to keep the team moving.
- Coordinate projects and launches across channels, ensuring designers, social media managers, partners, and agencies are aligned.
- Write marketing copy for website pages, email campaigns, ad copy, and launch announcements.
- Launch landing pages in coordination with designers, developers, and the ads agency.
- Set up and manage email campaigns.
- Build lifecycle marketing from scratch, including lead nurturing sequences, reactivation campaigns, retention efforts, and upsell flows.
What We're Looking For
- You're organized and reliable, capable of managing multiple workstreams and keeping a team on track.
- You can craft campaigns, pages, and emails that sell, with proven results from B2C marketing efforts.
- You're comfortable building from scratch in a startup environment.
- You understand the digital nomad lifestyle, ideally because you live it.
- You have native-level English and write in a voice that's clear, human, and persuasive.
- You use AI tools to supercharge your work and know when the output needs a human touch.
- You are detail-oriented, as accuracy matters in a regulated industry.
