Commure is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth for its direct-to-provider AI clinical scribing product by aggressively scaling paid marketing. This role will contribute to extending our leadership in digital healthcare and strengthening our position as the technology partner of choice for major healthcare institutions.

What You'll Do

• Oversee paid marketing campaigns for the AI clinical scribing product on a day-to-day basis and assume performance responsibility.
• Optimize campaign performance through creative, self-directed experimentation on dimensions including image and video creative, keyword selection, and landing pages.
• Manage end-to-end campaign creation and management, collaborating with design, sales teams, and external marketing contractors or agencies.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain robust conversion tracking and analytics tools in partnership with the engineering organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and aligned with overall growth marketing goals.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive prior experience with key growth marketing channels such as paid search and paid social advertising.
• Deep experience with video creative iteration on paid social channels.
• Deep knowledge of technical growth marketing topics: conversion tracking, landing page optimization, funnel analysis, keyword bidding, and lookalike audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel and Hotjar.
• Strong communication and organization skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Python and SQL is a major plus.
