Equip Health is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to play a key role in expanding our patient reach. You'll help bring more people to our virtual doors by managing the performance of digital channels and growth partnerships, with a focus on data analysis and insights gathering.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily performance of all assigned digital channels, including Paid Meta, by uploading assets and adjusting budgets.
- Own the testing pipeline for assigned channels, from idea development and scoring to launching and analysis.
- Partner with the Brand Team to create necessary assets like creative, copy, and landing pages.
- Create and edit landing pages as needed for testing initiatives.
- Assist in launching new marketing channels as required.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze performance across digital and partnership channels through dashboards and reports.
- Deep dive into data from assigned channels and landing pages to drive optimization.
- Conduct data exploration and insights gathering for other growth marketing initiatives.
- Be the primary point of contact for external partners and execute agreements in collaboration with the Brand team.
- Support the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing in scaling the partnership channel.
What We're Looking For
- BA degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing role.
- Familiarity with the paid Meta channel.
- Demonstrated comfort with analyzing marketing data.

- Experience in growth or digital marketing.
