What You'll Do
- Define and own the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned to business goals and product launches.
- Develop clear, actionable marketing roadmaps for execution by junior and mid-level marketers.
- Establish marketing priorities, channels, and KPIs with a strong focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
- Provide strategic oversight across brand, digital marketing, content, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate closely with founders and senior stakeholders to align marketing with commercial objectives.
- Build, mentor, and guide the marketing function as the business scales.
- Evaluate performance, optimise spend, and ensure marketing investment delivers measurable impact.
- Future-proof the marketing function by implementing scalable systems, processes, and frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or growth leadership role.
- Strong background in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience building, leading, or restructuring a marketing function.
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of budgets, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into practical execution plans for delivery teams.
- Confident working collaboratively with junior marketers and external partners.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
